When does availability open?

Every Sunday at 12pm for the following week. 

 

When I selected a style no appointment options appear?

Booking closes when all availability is booked and you must wait until the following Sunday at 12pm.

 

Do you have a waitlist?

Yes, clients who request an update on cancelations will have the option to book a service that fits in the same time for the canceled appointment.

 

How do I pay the balance of my service?

Balance must be paid in cash.

 

Is hair provided? If not, what kind and how much should I buy?

Each style receives a confirmation email upon booking with brand & amount of hair to purchase.

 

Can I be serviced by you if my hair is natural?

Yes! 99.9% of my clients are natural.

 

Is there a late fee or grace period to arrive for my appointment?

You will have a 10 min grace period to be late. At the 11th minute your appointment is canceled. There is no late fee!

 

What if the style I want is not listed as an option to book?

That means I do not provide that service. 

 

How can I reschedule/cancel?

You can reschedule in the confirmation email received when you booked your appointment. You may reschedule 1 time within 30 days in order to credit your $25 to your service, if you cancel before 24hrs of your appointment then. Deposit is non-refundable.
